Service Description

Our First Aid course is designed to help individuals recognize an emergency, and the proper treatment until EMS arrives. This course is designed for the lay rescuer, childcare providers, assisted living, adult care facilities, teachers, nannies, parents and emergency response teams in business or industrial settings. Topics included are visual assessments, shock, broken bones, bleeding control, shock, burns, bites, stings, diabetic emergencies and seizures to name a few. This course meets state certification for childcare providers, assisted living, adult care facilities, teachers, nannies, and parents. This program meets the guidelines and national standards for first aid. We also include advanced bleeding control into our first aid training course. Advanced bleeding control is designed to provide detailed information on the control of severe external bleeding, including the use of direct pressure, commercial pressure bandages, tourniquets and packed dressings. Intended Audience is for individuals who requires a Basic or Pediatric first aid class that delivers comprehensive emergency care, knowledge and skills. This certification is valid for 2 years.
